AntsBase Privacy Policy

The registration information of AntsBase’s members and other information are protected by Private Policy. This privacy policy covers how, when and why we collect, use and share information about our users. Please read this policy carefully and review it often because it may change.

You may not use the Software, Site or Services if you are under the age of 18 or to solicit or collect any information from children under the age of 18.

3. User Name and Password

During registration, a member must input a email address as user name, and setup a password. They are used to secure member information and the integrity of the system. We only store a one-way encryption of member passwords which means passwords cannot be unencrypted by us. If you forget your password, you will be asked to go to the AntsBase web site, answer your security question and create a new password. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address you specified.

Your access to your information is protected by an encrypted password. We recommend that you do not disclose your password to anyone.

4. Collection of Registration Information

All users of our system must complete a registration process. We will collect personally identifiable information during this process that includes name, email address and other personal contact information as indicated. Registration information is kept private and secure. We use this information to process registrations, maintain subscription accounts, contact our users and to provide our services. We do not share your registration information together with personally identifiable information with any third parties.

Additionally, your information resides on a firewall-protected server that only selected AntsBase personnel have access to via password. AntsBase strives to prevent unauthorized parties from viewing your information.

We will not offer, sell, lend to any third parties or share with them the member’s registration information or other personnel information. We respond to subpoenas, court orders, any legitimate request by authorities with which we must comply or legal process.

5. User’s Actions

To serve you better and manage our business, it is important that we collect and maintain accurate personal information about you. We obtain this information from applications and other forms you submit to us, from your dealings with us and others, such as our Web sites. These information includes but not limited to:

Your name, address, phone number, and date of birth.
The time you login and logout.
The IP address you login.
